Typical Shift

A shift is made of runs. Each run carries its own OEE; the shift totals the parts rather than averaging the percentages, so a twelve-minute trial lot cannot swing the day the way a four-hour run does. World class is 94% availability, 92% performance and 98% quality — 85% OEE. Anything under target reads red below.
