This website, bridgesoftwaretechnologies.com, is operated by Bridge Software Technologies, LLC, 6695 Spring Mist Ct, Mason, Ohio 45040, United States. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Bridge Software Technologies.

This policy covers this website only. Our software products, ProAlert and RMS, and the getproalert.com website are covered by their own agreements and notices.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address and note. The form sends them to us as an email through Microsoft 365. We use them to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing because you contacted us. If you want to hear from us about our products, you can tell us so.

Information collected automatically

Server logs. Like most websites, our server records the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of each visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to fix problems.
Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to run measurement tools such as Google Analytics, which use cookies to tell us how visitors use the site in aggregate: which pages are read, and how people arrive. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

Cookies

The contact form sets a security cookie that protects it against forged submissions. The analytics tools described above set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works with cookies blocked, although the contact form needs its security cookie to send.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website for us, Microsoft for email and Google for analytics and fonts, who process it on our behalf, and where the law requires us to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as they are useful to the business relationship, and are deleted on request. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then removed under the providers' own retention settings.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. We will answer within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
