ProAlert

Connecting to what you already run

ProAlert runs its fourteen operational disciplines on one database, so there is no integration to build between maintenance, quality, procurement, planning, analytics and response coordination. What still has to be connected is the world outside the platform: the machines on the floor, and the business systems above them.

PLC and machine integration

ProAlert captures production data directly from equipment, so the shift record is the machine's account rather than a recollection of it.

  • Modbus TCP/RTU PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) connectivity, with Click PLC preferred
  • EdgeSense edge devices with digital I/O, so a physical button or sensor becomes a platform event
  • Real-time cycle tracking, production state detection and offline buffering with automatic sync
  • Instant fault detection and alerting, timed from the moment the machine reports it
  • No rip-and-replace: the platform connects to existing machines rather than superseding them

ERP and MES compatibility

ProAlert can be made to synchronize with ERP and MES systems where a plant already runs them.

  • Integration with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and others
  • Live production data synchronization
  • A documented REST API and custom API support for third-party systems
  • Timeclock integration by webhook for labor costing
